Samsung Malaysia AD Blunder , again, - Fake Photos Rules In Phone ADs
Samsung, I am certain if not you, your agency should have a better way to obtain a photo to fake your portrait photos with your phone. At least take try and avoid buying from a stock agency like Getty :). Samsung, Huawei have a thing for using DSLR photos in their phone ads. Despite all the backlash, they continue to do so. What is even bad, is that the post processing department perhaps run by second graders.
Samsung Malaysia bought a photograph from Photographer Dunja Djudjic from Getty and used a heavily edited version of it to advertise the portrait mode on the Galaxy A8 Star.
This is nothing new as Huawei used a photo clearly taken with a DSLR and the previous Samsung Brazil photos from the Web, At least buy a camera and take your own photo. But please don't post the EXIF info. The dumb users will find out later, that you cheated.
