FTC Gives Green Light To Google's AdMob Purchase

FTC has give the green light to Google to purchase AdMob. One of the major citing was iAD by Apple providing necessary competition.
As we mentioned this morning about new Mobile Ad initiatives by Google related to mobile advertising, the news and the ability to incorporate AdMob in to the fold.
Google and AdMob will work together to complete the acquisition.
